Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Handling & Processing Time

  • Handling Time: 1 working day

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take an additional working day, but we always aim to process orders as quickly as possible.


3. Delivery Services

We primarily use the following trusted UK couriers:

  • Evri (2–3 working days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)

If you have experienced issues with a particular courier in your area, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative where possible.


4. Delivery Times

  • Transit Time: 2–4 working days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
    (Handling time + transit time)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions.


5. Delivery Charges

  • Free UK delivery is included with all orders using one of our standard services.

  • Any optional delivery upgrades (such as express services) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • We do not add hidden fees.

Because The Truck Monster is not VAT registered, any delivery charges are calculated with VAT at 0%.


6. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email.


7. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, redelivery charges may apply.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

Under UK consumer law, responsibility for your order remains with us until it has been successfully delivered to you.

If your parcel is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged before delivery

  • Delivered to the wrong address by the courier

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and no one is available:

  • The courier may leave the parcel in a safe place

  • A calling card with instructions may be left

  • A redelivery attempt may be made

If a parcel is returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts, a redelivery fee may be required.
