Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international delivery at this time.


2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may take an extra day, but we always work as quickly as possible.


3. Delivery Services

We mainly use:

  • Evri (2–3 day service)

  • Royal Mail (Tracked 48)

If you have local issues with a specific courier, please contact us before ordering and we will try to accommodate an alternative.


4. Delivery Times

Typical delivery times:

  • Evri Standard: 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to courier workload, weather, or other factors outside our control.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
All orders include free UK delivery using one of the above services.

Any optional upgrades (for example, express delivery) will be clearly shown at checkout – we do not add hidden fees.

Because The Truck Monster is not VAT registered, any delivery charges include VAT at 0%.


6. Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.


7. Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.


8. Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

Under UK consumer law, risk remains with us until the parcel is delivered to you.

If your parcel is:

  • lost in transit

  • damaged before delivery

  • delivered to the wrong address by the courier

we will replace the order or issue a full refund.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available:

  • they may leave it in a safe place

  • they may leave a card with collection instructions

  • they may attempt redelivery

If a parcel is returned to us after repeated failed attempts, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.
