1. Are your RC products actually in stock in the UK?

Yes. If a product on our website shows “In Stock”, we physically have it in our UK warehouse and can ship it immediately. We never use long-distance overseas dropshipping.

2. Do you test the products you sell?

Absolutely. We usually only sell RC vehicles and gear we have personally enjoyed, and would use ourselves. If we don’t rate it, we don’t stock it. That's not to say we test drive every vehicle before shipping out! Our stock is all brand new and factory-fresh unless specifically listed as otherwise. 

3. How fast do you ship orders?

All orders placed before 12pm (midday) are normally dispatched the same day.
We use Evri and Royal Mail as our standard couriers, but if you have issues with those for your local deliveries, contact us before placing an order, and we can often arrange an alternative.

4. Is shipping really free?

Yes. All orders come with free UK shipping — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

5. How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days. Some remote areas may take slightly longer. If you need the product quicker, please reach out using the contact form, click here to contact us via WhatsApp or email info@thetruckmonster.co.uk and we will endeavour to arrange expedited delivery.

6. Do you sell genuine MJX, FMS and other brands?

Yes. We only purchase directly from trusted suppliers. No clones, no fakes.

7. Do your RC cars come ready-to-run (RTR)?

Most of our cars are RTR, meaning everything you need is in the box except AA batteries for the transmitter (and sometimes even those are included).
Each product page clearly states whether something is RTR, ARTR or KIT. Some of the larger vehicles do not include the main battery, but this is always made clear on the product page. 

8. Do your cars support 2S or 3S batteries?

Product pages list all battery compatibility details. If you’re unsure what spare battery to buy, or want advice for your skill level, feel free to message us - no question is too daft!

9. What if something breaks or I need help?

We’ve got decades of RC experience across cars, trucks, planes, helis and drones — we’re always happy to help with troubleshooting, spares, setup tips or upgrade advice. Due to the nature of the hobby, crash damage is inevitable; we will always try to get you back on the road/dirt as quickly as we can. 

10. What is your returns policy?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we’ll resolve it quickly. You can see our full return policy here:

11. Can beginners shop here?

Definitely. RC is one of the friendliest and most addictive hobbies around, suitable for all ages. We are happy to guide beginners on the best first truck for their budget and experience.

12. Do you price-match?

If you’ve seen the same item genuinely in stock in the UK for cheaper, get in touch — we’ll do our best to match it or explain why the price differs (e.g. fake stock, overseas shipping).

13. Do you offer spare parts?

Many of our products come with spare parts included. We will sometimes stock common replacement parts, although we specialise in complete vehicles not spares. We can help you source anything you need. If it's not listed on the site, then ask us anyway - we can help ensure you're getting the right part from elsewhere, even if we don't stock it.
